Book your next waterfowl hunting adventure!
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Our hunts are conducted in wide mix of habitats. Lakes, rivers, small ponds, and dry or naturally flooded agricultural fields are some of types of hunting you will encounter on your trip. We typically use mobil "A-frame" style blinds, as this is the preferred method of hiding for both comfort and ease of shooting. In some circumstance(usually a dry field hunt), we will employ the use of lay out blinds. Meeting time in the morning is usually around 5-5:30am. Upon your arrival, our team of guides will have the blinds already set up and grassed, and all the decoys set out. All you need to do when you arrive at the hunt location is to sit down, load up, and watch the show unfold, as we count down the minutes to legal shooting time. This is a true gentleman's hunt! Morning hunts are usually over by 10am(or when limits are reached), unless weather conditions delay the flight till later in the morning. On rare occasion, when weather and scheduling line up, we will conduct our hunt in the afternoon. On afternoon hunts, we normally sit the last 4 hours of legal shooting time. At the conclusion of your hunt, one of our guides will transport you back to your vehicle. We do all the picking up of decoys and blinds. Bird cleaning is included in your guide fee. All thats left for you to do is relax and reminisce on the days events, while you plan for your next adventure in the great state of Maine
